Key Responsibilities:

Team Management:

• Provide clear direction and delegate tasks to the finance team, both short- and long-term.
• Address team issues promptly and professionally.
• Conduct annual performance reviews and mentor team members to maximize their potential.

Financial Management:

• Oversee financial analysis, reporting, taxation, insurance, credit control, accounts payable/receivable, inventory, and cost control.
• Prepare monthly financial reports including:
• Month-end journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and cash forecasts.
• Project summaries and new projects for CRM reconciliation.
• Manage budgeting and forecasting processes, including 5-year plans.
• Monitor daily cash balances and manage banking relationships.
• Handle payroll processes and 401(k) plan administration (filings and audits).
• Manage professional liability policies, business tax returns, and US Census Bureau filings.
• Oversee corporate credit card program and ensure financial consistency across global teams.
• Analyze company revenues, liabilities, credit conditions, and financial indicators.
• Ensure project plans are up-to-date and aligned with business needs.

Strategic Advice & Reporting:

• Update and implement financial policies and procedures in line with company goals.
• Provide financial reports, technical expertise, and strategic recommendations to the executive team.
• Prepare detailed financial analysis, profit & loss statements, and balance sheets.
• Evaluate and recommend investments, funding sources, and other key financial decisions.

Required Skills and Experience:

• 10+ years as a finance executive or in a comparable role at a major corporation.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business administration.
• Strong management experience required.
• Experience in a partnership environment is a plus.
• International experience is highly preferred.
