Financial Controller

We are seeking an experienced Financial Controller to manage 10SB's financial resources, ensuring alignment with short- and long-term goals. The FC will oversee financial transactions, systems, and compliance with regulations, while supporting global finance teams and senior leadership to drive profitable growth for US entities.

Key Responsibilities:
Team Management:
- Provide clear direction and delegate tasks to the finance team, both short- and long-term.
- Address team issues promptly and professionally.
- Conduct annual performance reviews and mentor team members to maximize their potential.
Financial Management:
- Oversee financial analysis, reporting, taxation, insurance, credit control, accounts payable/receivable, inventory, and cost control.
- Prepare monthly financial reports including:
- Month-end journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and cash forecasts.
- Project summaries and new projects for CRM reconciliation.
- Manage budgeting and forecasting processes, including 5-year plans.
- Monitor daily cash balances and manage banking relationships.
- Handle payroll processes and 401(k) plan administration (filings and audits).
- Manage professional liability policies, business tax returns, and US Census Bureau filings.
- Oversee corporate credit card program and ensure financial consistency across global teams.
- Analyze company revenues, liabilities, credit conditions, and financial indicators.
- Ensure project plans are up-to-date and aligned with business needs.
Strategic Advice & Reporting:
- Update and implement financial policies and procedures in line with company goals.
- Provide financial reports, technical expertise, and strategic recommendations to the executive team.
- Prepare detailed financial analysis, profit & loss statements, and balance sheets.
- Evaluate and recommend investments, funding sources, and other key financial decisions.
Required Skills and Experience:
- 10+ years as a finance executive or in a comparable role at a major corporation.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business administration.
- Strong management experience required.
- Experience in a partnership environment is a plus.
- International experience is highly preferred.
