• Builder Developer
• Revere, MA
• Responsibilities
• Assist with Daily Operations: Support the Superintendent in managing day-to-day activities on the construction site, ensuring the project stays on track and adheres to the schedule.
• Quality Control: Oversee work quality, ensuring construction meets the project's specifications, standards, and building codes.
• Coordinate Subcontractors: Communicate and coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and team members to ensure timely and efficient completion of tasks.
• Safety Management: Promote and enforce safety regulations on-site, ensuring a safe working environment for all team members.

The Successful Applicant

• 2+ years of experience in multifamily construction
• Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities
• Stable work history - no frequent job changes
• Construction degree preferred
