The Junior Financial Analyst will work closely with the finance team to assist in various financial analyses and reporting tasks. The position is contract or contract-to-hire, providing an excellent opportunity for skill development and career growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing financial reports and analyses, including budget vs. actual comparisons.
- Support the development of financial models and forecasting tools.
- Conduct variance analysis and assist in the monthly close process.
- Utilize Excel to manipulate and analyze financial data (including VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, and formulas).
- Collaborate with team members on special projects and data-driven initiatives.
- 3 years of experience in a finance or analytical role (preferred).
