• Familiarity with healthcare regulations and medical terminology.
• Proven ability to maintain patient confidentiality following HIPAA guidelines.
• Excellent organization skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial data.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective interaction with patients, insurance companies, and medical staff.
