Job Description
The key responsibilities of the Construction Project Manager are:
- Lead and manage multiple construction projects simultaneously.
- Develop project plans, budgets, and schedules, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Coordinate and supervise on-site activities, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status.
- Collaborate with design and engineering teams to resolve issues and optimize project outcomes.
- Monitor project progress, adjust plans as needed, and manage resources efficiently.
- Prepare and present project proposals, contracts, and change orders.
- Ensure adherence to all regulatory and environmental standards.

The Successful Applicant
The successful Construction Project Manager will have the following qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Construction Management preferred
- Minimum of five years of construction experience required
- MUST HAVE Previous Ground Up Construction Experience
- 10 years of post graduation construction experience preferred but not required
- Five plus years of Multifamily construction preferred but not required
- General Building and Construction knowledge
- Competitive base Salary up to $160k
