Responsibilities- Lead and manage all phases of project lifecycle from initiation to closure.
- Develop detailed project plans, including scope, budget, and timeline.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project goals are met on time and within budget.
- Identify project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings to communicate project status and address concerns.
- Monitor project progress and prepare regular updates for clients and internal management.
- Ensure compliance with security protocols and standards throughout the project.
- TS/SCI Full Scope Poly clearance is required.
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience managing complex IT projects in the government or defense sector.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions quickly.
- Proficiency in using project management software and tools.
