Field Service Technician

Diagnose and repair printers, copiers, and multifunction devices, including both hardware and software issues.
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Install new equipment, including setup, configuration, and customer training.
- Respond to service calls in a timely and efficient manner, minimizing customer downtime.
- Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and parts usage.
- Educate customers on proper use and care of equipment to reduce future service needs.
- Collaborate with technical support teams and escalate complex issues when necessary.
- Manage and maintain an inventory of tools, parts, and supplies.
- Experience in troubleshooting and repairing printers, copiers, and related equipment.
- Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with networking concepts and printer connectivity (e.g., Wi-Fi, Ethernet, IP configuration).
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Basic proficiency with tools and diagnostic equipment.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to travel to client locations.
