Payroll Specialist

We are looking for a Payroll Specialist to join our team in Delray Beach, Florida. As a Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for managing payroll functions, auditing accounts, and handling employee benefits administration. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity.

• Manage and process payroll effectively using accounting software systems
• Handle employee benefits and 401k administration tasks
• Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy in accounts and payroll
• Use ADP Workforce Now and Ceridian Dayforce for various financial services
• Maintain accurate records and resolve queries related to payroll
• Handle bilingual (English and Spanish) communication, both written and verbal, for payroll processing
• Manage accounting functions to ensure smooth financial operations. • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is required
• Knowledge of ADP - Financial Services is essential
• Experience with ADP Workforce Now is preferred
• Familiarity with Ceridian software is advantageous
• Ability to operate Dayforce is beneficial
• Experience in 401k - RRSP Administration is desired
• Proficiency in using About Time software is a plus
• Understanding of Accounting Functions is necessary
• Auditing skills are crucial
• Knowledge of Benefit Functions is required
