Responsibilities- Complete all administrative activities connected with customer account set-up and maintenance
- Respond to customer inquiries including pricing of products and services, delivery requests and issue resolution
- Build relationships with customers and promote PSS products and services to grow sales and increase the volume of customers’ purchases
- Facilitate warranty claims with both customers and vendors
- Communicate with the PSS sales and management teams to make leadership aware of customer concerns and issues
- Model behaviors that support the company’s common purpose; ensure guests and team members are supported at the highest level
- Ensure all activities are in compliance with rules, regulations, policies, and procedures
- Complete other duties as assigned
