What you will do:

At GEP, our Solution Design Consultants play a critical role in shaping how our innovative eProcurement and Supply Chain solutions meet the unique needs of clients across various industries. As a Solution Design Consultant, you’ll work closely with our sales teams to bring our solutions to life, showcasing the GEP platform’s capabilities and guiding clients through the value we offer.

This is an opportunity to combine technical skills, strategic insight, and creativity to drive solutions that have a lasting impact on organizations worldwide.

  • Support Sales Engagements: Manage and respond to sales support requests from the Solution Design Software Manager/Consultant for ongoing engagements and opportunities, ensuring timely and comprehensive responses.
  • Collaborate with Sales Teams: Partner closely with the Onsite Sales Team, providing the essential support needed throughout the sales cycle.
  • Deliver Platform Demonstrations and Training: Conduct platform demos, facilitate training sessions, and lead workshops to illustrate the value and functionality of GEP’s solutions to prospective clients.
  • Conduct Gap Analysis and Requirement Gathering: Perform gap analyses to identify client needs and gather requirements, summarizing findings in internal discussions and sales documents to ensure alignment and clarity.
  • Maintain Solution Knowledge Management: Update and manage solution design documentation and knowledge-sharing activities in real time, fostering effective internal collaboration and knowledge continuity.

What you should bring:

  • Analytical and Quantitative Skills: Strong analytical abilities to interpret data and identify patterns, enabling you to tailor solutions that meet client needs effectively.
  • Clear Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, allowing you to articulate complex ideas clearly and engage meaningfully with both clients and internal teams.
  • Strategic Thinking: A knack for evaluating scenarios from multiple angles to make informed, strategic recommendations.
  • Team Collaboration: A collaborative spirit, thriving in team environments and contributing positively to group objectives.
  • Self-Motivation: A proactive approach, able to work independently and handle tasks effectively with minimal supervision.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with the MS Office Suite, with the ability to leverage it for documentation and presentation needs.
