Position:
Title: Billing Specialist – Finance ControllershipLocation: Remote/Home Office (Pacific Time Zone)
Responsible for all WW Billing activities, timely invoice delivery, Sales Operations, Renewals and Professional Services team coordination.
What you will do:
- Ensure accurate invoices are generated in line with customer PO’s, Statement of Work, legal addendums.
- Invoices are generated timely and distributed within 24 hours to customers and partners.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, PS, upfront and renewals sales operations on invoicing requirements.
- Audit of invoicing to sales orders in Oracle and NetSuite to ensure no dollars are missed
- Process and audit credit memos packages, ensure Corporate Signature Matrix is followed.
- Support both internal and external audit reviews.
- Participate in ERP system enhancements, including detailed testing, coordination with IT and cross-functional teams, revenue.
- Support special projects, as appropriate
- Support month-end and quarter-end work duties, along with extended hours work hours as needed to support the business
- Timely Account reconciliations.
The salary range for the position is $70,000 to $100,000. An individual’s particular compensation will be determined by the Company, in its sole discretion, in light of the individual’s geographical location, education, training, and/or experience.
What makes you an ideal candidate:
- Bachelor’s degree and or equivalent work experience, 6 years minimum
- Strong business understanding of the quote-to-cash process, key focus on billing
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Good basic accounting experience
- Proven work experience in Billing
- Hi-tech industry work experience preferred
- Netsuite and Salesforce experience
- Moderate to advance excel skills
