Scrum Master - Robert Half

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Scrum Master to lead Agile teams focused on Workday implementations and IT system integrations. This role requires a strong understanding of Agile methodologies and hands-on experience guiding teams through enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Coach and mentor teams on Agile best practices to ensure high performance and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with product owners, stakeholders, and development teams to prioritize and refine backlogs.
• Remove impediments and foster a culture of accountability, adaptability, and collaboration.
• Manage dependencies and risks associated with Workday and IT system integration projects.
• Ensure alignment with business objectives and strategic initiatives.
• Track and report on team velocity, sprint progress, and overall project health.
• Champion Agile transformation efforts within the organization.

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, preferably in Workday or enterprise IT integration environments.
• Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and best practices.
• Experience managing Workday implementations and/or IT system integrations.
• Proven ability to drive Agile adoption in cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with Agile project management tools (JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps, etc.).
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification is preferred.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

• Experience with HRIS systems, specifically Workday.
• Familiarity with cloud-based IT environments and system integrations.
• SAFe certification or experience in large-scale Agile frameworks.
