Overview:
This position involves assisting the Facility & Operation Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring compliance with internal audit, regulations, and maintaining a high standard of facility upkeep. The Assistant Manager will coordinate & manage projects, vendor relationships, and assist in budget management to optimize operational efficiency.
Responsibilities:
Facility Management- Prepare document required for third party vendor contract procurement
- Organize and systemize all contracts and related documentation in file
- Review and update policy and procedure for purchasing management
- Review and update policy and procedure for invoice processing management
- Establish of the Property Management Plan, Preventative Maintenance Policies and Procedures and Property Operations Manual
- Negotiate, review and approve all facility related and maintenance contracts with third party vendors
- Vendor Management - vendor selection, RFP, contract negotiation, vendor performance and monitoring
- Project Management - manage projects from inception to completion with budget and cost controls in place
- Assist with day-to-day facility operations including monitoring the "Facilities Service Center" calls and emails (if/when necessary)
- Assist the Department Management with day-to-day administration of EO Conduct quality assurance evaluation and testing to departmental processes, assist with workflow process review and revision
- Participate in special projects and other duties as assigned
- Understand and comply with bank policies, procedures and regulatory requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required, major in Business Administration, Engineering, Risk Management, Architecture, Project Management preferred
- Minimum 4 years of Facility Management & Project Management work experience required
- Knowledge and understanding of data center critical systems and high-end mechanical equipment i.e., UPS, HVAC, Diesel Generators, MEP is not required but strongly preferred
- Demonstrate knowledge in Purchasing Management, Expense Management, Facility Management
Pay Range
Actual salary is commensurate with candidate’s relevant years of experience, skillset, education and other qualifications.- USD $65,000.00 - USD $150,000.00 /Yr.
