We are in search of a Lead Coordinator, Contracts and Pricing, who will be a part of our team in Weston, Florida. This role will involve interacting with customers and company representatives, handling pre-sales and post-sales service functions, and overseeing logistics.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle a variety of pre-sales or post-sales service functions, acting as a key point of contact for customers and company sales or service representatives.
  • Answer service contract queries, providing clear and accurate information to customers.
  • Manage a shared inbox, ensuring all customer communications are responded to promptly and effectively.
  • Draft return on investment reports for the sales team, supporting them in their decision-making processes.
  • Invoice billable customers for time, materials, and rental deal structures, ensuring all invoicing is accurate and timely.
  • Utilize data analytics to gain insights and inform decision making.
  • Take on responsibilities for logistics, coordinating the movement of goods and ensuring efficiency in operations.
  • Maintain accurate customer credit records, updating information as necessary.
  • Supervise the process of customer credit applications, ensuring they are processed accurately and efficiently.
  • Utilize knowledge of procedures, principles, and systems in the execution of job tasks, making judgements based on practice and previous experience.
  • Possession of strong customer service skills to ensure a high level of client satisfaction.
  • Proven sales experience, with an understanding of pre-sales and post-sales processes.
  • Familiarity with contract drafting, negotiation, and management.
  • Experience in pricing strategies and deal structuring.
  • Proficiency in invoice and materials handling processes.
  • Strong understanding of logistics and supply chain principles.
  • Ability to supervise a team and coordinate tasks effectively.
  • Knowledge of 'About Time' or similar time management software.
  • Proficiency in data analytics for informed decision-making.
  • Experience with NIS and EO/IR systems.
  • Understanding of return on investment calculations.
  • Ability to handle procedures and policies related to contract and pricing management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
