Overview:
The Catering Bartender is responsible for preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages at catered events, ensuring a high level of service and compliance with all alcohol regulations. This role requires professionalism, efficiency, and the ability to interact with guests in a friendly and knowledgeable manner.
This role pays an hourly rate of $21.50

This position will remain open until June 6, 2025.
Responsibilities:
- Set up and break down bar stations for catered events.
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including mixed drinks, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic options.
- Verify customer age and ensure responsible alcohol service in compliance with regulations.
- Engage with guests in a professional, friendly manner while providing prompt service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
- Restock bar supplies, including beverages, garnishes, and ice, throughout the event.
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately using a POS system if required.
- Monitor alcohol consumption and follow responsible serving practices.
- Assist with inventory management and event cleanup as needed.
- Follow all company policies, health, and safety regulations.
Qualifications:
- Previous bartending experience in catering, hospitality, or events preferred.
- Must meet the legal age requirement to serve alcohol.
- Strong knowledge of drink recipes and responsible alcohol service guidelines.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-volume service.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- TIPS or similar alcohol service certification may be required.
