About Our Client

Leading cosmetics products manufacturer based in Bellport. This role is 5 days/week in Bellport and offers potential for FTE within 6 months.

Job Description

This role will involve:

Generate weekly open balance report
Research deductions by obtaining back up documents to determine validity
Issue the adjustment for valid claims & returned merchandise
Bill back customers for invalid deductions
Notify salesperson & appropriate departments of the bill back
Bring all issues that appear irreconcilable to supervisor's attention

Qualifications:

High School Diploma
Good organizational & time management skills
Communication skills- written & verbal
Good at mathematics
