This growing Aerospace Parts distributing company is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Military Sales Manager to lead sales campaigns and strategies for military aftermarket parts and services. This customer-facing role will focus on developing win strategies, managing inventory, and driving growth in the aerospace and military sectors.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in military and government sales, coupled with exceptional commercial acumen.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct market assessments and develop growth strategies for military and government
- Lead efforts to identify market opportunities and create win strategies for slow-moving and obsolete
- Collaborate with international and product sales directors to develop and execute aftermarket
- Formulate pricing, deal structures, and terms, facilitating customer negotiations.
- Drive annual pricing catalog processes to expand market share while maintaining profit margins.
- Develop strategic upgrade programs and kit strategies with product and program managers.
- Represent the company in high-level negotiations and strategy presentations to customers and
stakeholders.
