We are offering a Part time contract employment opportunity for a Receptionist in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. This role primarily involves providing front desk coverage and administrative assistance in a detail-oriented office setting. The Receptionist will handle a range of tasks, from answering and directing phone calls to maintaining office organization.

This position is 100% on-site

This is a part time TEMP assignment / 2-3 days a week for 4-5 weeks MAX

Responsibilities:

  • Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner
  • Greet and assist clients and visitors
  • Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation
  • Assist with scheduling and maintaining office calendars
  • Use Microsoft Word to draft and edit documents as needed
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail
  • Maintain office organization and order supplies as necessary
  • Provide additional support to the legal team as requested

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in an administrative or receptionist role preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and basic computer skills
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work independently
  • Legal office experience is a plus but not required
