Construction Project Manager
An experienced General Contractor for commercial buildings throughout the Southeast is seeking a Project Manager. The PM will oversee all phases an participants in the construction process. This is a high-priority search, salaried in the $150K range.
This is a direct-hire position within the company. The company will pay full relocation costs for qualified candidates. The position is based out of the Wilmington, NC area.

responsibilities:
- Assist and collaborate with the Preconstruction Team for constructability and budget reviews.
- Develop schedules and cost-effective plans for completion of any assigned project during Preconstruction and Construction.
- Originate all Subcontracts and Purchase Orders in accordance with company standards.
- Develop a cost-effective plan for completion of an assigned project.
- Coordinate and schedule the work activities of tradespeople, professionals, and laborers, communicating to and via project foreperson to deliver instructions and project assignments as appropriate.
- Regularly inspect work for quality and timeliness; prepare and provide progress reports to owners and architects; make recommendations for necessary modifications.
- Proficient with PROCORE Construction Management software.
