Product Support Specialist

You will be a key player in ensuring our systems run smoothly and efficiently, allowing us to continue our important work in the non-profit sector.

• Leverage your expertise in Microsoft Intune and Microsoft mobile management to maintain and improve our mobile device management systems.
• Manage our SharePoint and OneDrive platforms, ensuring secure and efficient access to documents and collaboration tools for all team members.
• Use your knowledge of Microsoft Azure to maintain our cloud-based services and support the team in using these services effectively.
• Apply your skills in Computer Hardware to troubleshoot any hardware-related issues and ensure all systems are running optimally.
• Utilize Agile methodologies to manage tasks and projects efficiently, ensuring we deliver on our commitments in a timely manner.
• Act as a point of contact for all product-related support, providing assistance and resolution to team members' inquiries.
• Continuously monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when needed.
• Process customer credit applications accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate customer credit records. • Demonstrated proficiency in Computer Hardware
• Familiarity with Agile methodology
• Proven experience with Intune
• Proficiency in Microsoft SharePoint
• Experience in using Microsoft Azure
• Ability to provide technical support for product-related issues
• Strong problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with team members and clients
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Prior experience in a non-profit organization would be advantageous
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
• Willingness to continually upgrade knowledge and understanding of related technologies.
