We are inviting applications for the role of Product Support Specialist in the non-profit sector, located in New York. This role provides an opportunity for a long-term contract. As a Product Support Specialist, you will be instrumental in maintaining our IT infrastructure, specifically focusing on Microsoft applications and cloud services.
You will be a key player in ensuring our systems run smoothly and efficiently, allowing us to continue our important work in the non-profit sector.
Responsibilities:- Leverage your expertise in Microsoft Intune and Microsoft mobile management to maintain and improve our mobile device management systems.
- Manage our SharePoint and OneDrive platforms, ensuring secure and efficient access to documents and collaboration tools for all team members.
- Use your knowledge of Microsoft Azure to maintain our cloud-based services and support the team in using these services effectively.
- Apply your skills in Computer Hardware to troubleshoot any hardware-related issues and ensure all systems are running optimally.
- Utilize Agile methodologies to manage tasks and projects efficiently, ensuring we deliver on our commitments in a timely manner.
- Act as a point of contact for all product-related support, providing assistance and resolution to team members' inquiries.
- Continuously monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when needed.
- Process customer credit applications accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate customer credit records. • Demonstrated proficiency in Computer Hardware
- Familiarity with Agile methodology
- Proven experience with Intune
- Proficiency in Microsoft SharePoint
- Experience in using Microsoft Azure
- Ability to provide technical support for product-related issues
- Strong problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with team members and clients
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Prior experience in a non-profit organization would be advantageous
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
- Willingness to continually upgrade knowledge and understanding of related technologies.
