Job Description

The Electrical PM will:

  • Develop and implement project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Lead and manage a team of electrical engineers, technicians, and subcontractors.
  • Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring cost control and adherence to financial guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.

The Successful Applicant

The Electrical PM should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical construction project management.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and regulations.
  • Proven experience in budget management and cost control.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
