Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of Territory Business Managers to achieve and surpass regional sales targets.
• Attract and develop top sales talent, creating a high performing culture.
• Implement effective sales strategies to drive New Business
• Monitor sales performance and key metrics, making adjustments to meet and exceed goals
• Foster a culture of accountability, competitiveness, and personal and professional growth within your team
• Buld strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure long term business success
• Collaborate with senior leadership to align regional goals with overall Company vision

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a sales leadership role, managing and developing successful sales teams
• Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment
• Excellent leadership, communication, and people management skills
• Ability to attract, mentor, and retain top sales talent
• Strong understand and ability to demonstrate defined sales processes, metrics, and best practices
