We're currently seeking a full time Commercial Leasing Administrative Assistant
This person will work at our HQ. in Piscataway, NJ
Responsibilities:
Administrative Assistant will assist the Executive Vice President (EVP) and leasing agents with administrative tasks.
Duties include the following:
- Answer phones and field leasing calls to the appropriate leasing agent
- Schedule appointments and maintain the EVP calendar
- Schedule and coordinate staff and other meetings
- Collate and distribute mail
- Prepare communications, such as memos, emails, invoices, reports and other correspondence
- Write and edit documents from letters to reports and instructional documents
- Maintain electronic filing system
- Coordinate ICSC annual events (International Council of Shopping Centers)
Technical duties include the following:
- Maintain and manage the leasing report process
- Coordinate and manage the signage process
- Manage the internal and outside broker commission process
- Manage the Real Estate Licensing process
- Request Credit Reports via Transunion Portal
- Obtain D&B Reports via Dun & Bradstreet Portal
- Monitor the Commercial Retail Portal
Qualifications:
Skills and Qualifications include:
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word/Excel and Internet browsing
- Attention to detail and a positive attitude
