Job Description

The Manufacturing Team Lead will be responsible for:

Oversee one direct report
Hands on engineering will managing outside accounts and new projects
Reporting directly to the Engineering Fellow to collaborate across several different areas in the business
Creative control of lean process, process improvements and more
Assist with production team on a daily basis

The successful Manufacturing Team Lead will have MOST of what follows:

BS in Engineering field
5+ years of experience in manufacturing environment (any industry)
Welding and machining background is a MUST
Innovative mindset with creative and curios tendencies
