This individual will be a key player in developing, enhancing, and maintaining our cutting-edge web and mobile applications across 8 different business units.With a strong foundation in .NET languages, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and MS SQL Server, the position will lead

What You'll Do:
- Lead the design and development of web and mobile applications, APIs, and microservices using .NET languages, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and MS SQL Server
- Work closely with customers to understand their requirements, provide technical solutions, and ensure their needs are met with high-quality deliverables
- Conduct code reviews, commit high-quality code, identify and solve bugs, and manage the deployment of software across multiple platform instances
- Maintain and enhance existing applications, ensuring optimal performance, scalability, and integration with various services and databases
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, Data & Analytics, Marketing, QA, and operations, to deliver projects on time and within budget
- Provide Service Desk support to fulfill requests and resolve bugs/issues within specified SLA’s for assigned categories and tasks
- Compose and manage technical CRM documentation on an ongoing basis to ensure that records are up-to-date and current
- Serve as a mentor to junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team
- Stay abreast of the latest technology trends and best practices in full-stack development, applying them to our projects to drive innovation and excellence
- Demonstrate exceptional problem-solving skills and critical thinking, with the resilience to remain calm and focused in high-pressure situations
- Ability to learn quickly, identify challenges and apply the appropriate solutions
What You'll Bring:
- B.S., or M.S., and/or 5+ years of industry experience in software development field
- Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer with expertise in .NET languages, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and MS SQL Server
- Strong experience in developing web and mobile applications, APIs, and microservices
- Familiarity with modern development frameworks and architectural patterns
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and cross-functional teams
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects across different business units, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines
- A strong commitment to code quality, documentation, and sound testing practices
- Resilient and adaptable, with the capacity to handle challenging situations with composure and strategic focus
