Credit & Collections Analyst

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage Barton's day-to-day receivables collection process
- Process credit applications
- Analyze credit information to determine risk
- Communicate credit analysis results to appropriate management
- Monitor client receivables balances
- Ensure payments are made according to contractual terms
- Identify accounts requiring collection agency or legal action
- Take necessary steps to act most effectively on delinquent accounts
- Maintain up-to-date customer account information, including: Credit Data, Status of pending payments, and account restrictions
- Ensure invoices are appropriately directed and received timely
- Resolve issues pertaining to outstanding balances
- Apply payments
- Process account adjustments, credit memos, and write-offs
- Review cash receipts applications
- Ensure client payments are properly applied
- Perform follow-up activities as necessary
