Responsibilities- Verifying and processing invoices for goods and services
- Preparing invoices for approval and ensuring accurate coding and documentation
- Reconciling vendor statements and resolving discrepancies
- Processing payments, including checks, wire transfers, and ACH
- Maintaining accurate financial records for audits and reporting purposes
