The Commercial/Light Industrial Conceptual Estimator's primary responsibility is to assemble and analyze data for various construction methods to complete comprehensive project estimates and associated documentation, adhering to Pre-Construction processes.This role requires examining problems from multiple viewpoints and making sound decisions promptly. The position reports to the PCS Manager.
