Senior Accountant

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join our dynamic finance team. This role will play a crucial part in our financial operations, supporting key decision-making processes, and ensuring the financial health of the company.
Position Overview: As a Senior Accountant, you will be responsible for managing and analyzing financial activities, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and cost analysis. Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, consolidate, and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with GAAP.
- Develop and maintain advanced financial models in Excel to aid in budgeting, forecasting, and long-term strategic planning.
- Perform variance analysis to identify key performance drivers and provide actionable insights and recommendations to management.
- Conduct detailed cash flow forecasting, monitor cash balances, project future needs, and recommend effective cash management strategies.
- Analyze material and labor costs to support cost management, pricing decisions, and profitability assessments.
- Collaborate with department leaders to gather, analyze, and summarize financial data to facilitate business decision-making.
- Assist the CFO with preparing presentations for the Board of Directors, financial reviews, and investor relations materials.
- Support the CFO in financial planning and analysis (FP&A) activities, including scenario modeling, sales and profitability assessments, and strategic financial initiatives.
- Develop and implement financial reporting tools, dashboards, and KPIs to monitor and manage business performance.
- Perform ad hoc financial analysis for business decisions, including pricing strategies, cost optimization, and capital expenditure evaluations.
- Visual Basic (3 years of experience is preferred)
- Epicor (3 years of experience is preferred)
- GAAP (3 years of experience is preferred)
