Product Manager

We are looking for a talented Product Manager to join our team. You will work alongside our developers and designers to build outstanding web and mobile applications for our clients. This position will give you the opportunity to work across a number of projects and industries in a collaborative, agile environment.

As a Product Manager at LaunchPad Lab, your key responsibilities will include:

• Lead cross-functional teams of designers and developers to deliver outstanding digital products
• Collaborate with delivery teams to define and shape digital products
• Create and update project roadmaps complete with timeline, scope, and budget
• Use agile project management best practices and rituals to manage work
• Lead both internal and client-facing meetings and workshops
• Quickly understand business needs across different industries
• Continuously collaborate with clients to define the product vision for their digital products
• Be the primary contact for clients to advise them on key product decisions and best practices
• Perform QA to confirm that work meets requirements and exceeds client expectations

• Proven experience as a Product Manager, preferably in a software development environment (3+ years)
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies and software development processes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills needed to lead teams and client relationships
• Ability to collaborate effectively with clients, developers, and designers
• Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Target Salary Range: $115,000-$150,000
