• Construction Project Manager in Carlsbad will oversee all phases of ground-up commercial building and construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources to deliver on time and within budget.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement solutions to mitigate delays or issues.
• Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and compliance with building codes and regulations.
• Prepare and present regular progress reports to stakeholders and leadership.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in ground-up commercial construction project management.
• Proven ability to manage projects of varying sizes and complexities.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and best practices.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, Microsoft Project, or similar).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred but not required).
