Catalyx is seeking an MES Project Manager to work on our site based in Cork.

The Role:
The role involves driving complex projects with hybrid Agile and Waterfall methodologies, managing financials, and ensuring stakeholder alignment through exceptional communication and organizational skills.
Responsibilities:
- Lead MES technology implementations across global regions, utilizing Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies.
- Manage and coordinate multiple projects and workstreams in parallel, ensuring interdependencies are aligned and risks are managed effectively.
- Drive successful MES implementations across various geographical locations, adapting to local and global challenges and ensuring on-time delivery.
- Oversee project budgets, ensuring accurate tracking of Capex/Opex, accruals, and financial forecasting. Manage Purchase Orders (POs) and invoices to ensure cost-effective project delivery.
- Utilize collaboration tools such as SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Project, and Jira to build and track complex project plans, manage resources, and ensure timely delivery.
- Proactively identify project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and manage escalation processes to ensure project success.
- Present project updates, risks, and strategies to executive leadership and steering committees. Tailor communications for a variety of audiences, ensuring transparency and alignment.
- Actively engage with cross-functional teams to foster a collaborative environment and maintain high levels of engagement and accountability.
- Maintain well-organized project documentation and manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in MES or related technology implementations.
- Extensive experience with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid project management methodologies.
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing Capex/Opex budgets, POs, and invoices.
- Experience managing global implementations and working with cross-functional teams across multiple geographies.
- Proficient in Microsoft Project, Jira, SharePoint, Teams, and other collaboration tools.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence executive stakeholders.
- Strong risk management, organizational, and leadership skills.
