Responsibilities- Serve as the key contact for our clients / external project managers for various accounts and projects
- Works within a software system to set up projects and manage data including inventory, sales orders, purchase orders and financial information.
- Meet the needs of clients, including but not limited to prompt response to all inquiries, project set- up and management, inventory management, reporting, timeline management, and troubleshooting.
- Effectively communicate key account information to internal stakeholders (Finance, IT, Procurement, and Inventory Control) ensuring that all are kept aware of progress and problems.
- Manage project workflow in a way that meets the needs of both the client and internal resources.
- Set-up projects and items in data base/software systems. Enter orders if needed. Accuracy and attention to detail are important.
- Prepare and distribute weekly/monthly reports for clients
