We are looking for a motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Glendale, CA. Key Responsibilities
Provide superior customer service over the phone, through email, and in-person interactions.Handling customer complaints; ensuring to give the correct information to the customer regarding our products and services.
Approaching the customers in a professional manner to address issues or complaints they have about our company or its services/products.
Effectively and properly processing orders, returns, as well as orders for exchange.
Ensuring different departments work accordingly for a favorable customer resolution.
Maintain very close records for every transaction and activity involving a customer.
Education
High School graduate; holds a degree more preferably.Excellent verbal and written communication.
Strong ability to analyze and keen eye for detail.
Ability to perform and deliver on both individual and team basis.
Proficient in MS Office application and CRM.
