What You’ll Do:
- Drive revenue growth by managing existing accounts and identifying new opportunities within your territory.
- Build and maintain lasting relationships with key decision-makers to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, using your tenacity and consultative selling approach.
- Stay up-to-date on product offerings, market trends, and industry best practices to serve as a trusted advisor to clients.

- Sales Pro: 2+ years of experience in inside sales, account management, or a similar role.

Responsibilities- Preliminary email communication with New Leads – forward responses to Account Managers
- Call for Qualifying initial contact, with email to contact as follow-up to call as needed
- Request Address, Send Qualifying Emails
- Request any additional information as may be required for Account Managers to effectively assist the lead
- New pre-design checklist sent to new contacts when sending Team-Up email
- Follow-up Emails (CRM/Quickbase Dashboard, and To-Dos as assigned)
- Request for Address Follow-ups (2-3 follow-ups following initial), as required/assigned
- Qualifying Email Follow-ups (2-3 follow-ups following initial), as required/assigned
- Supporting sales by entering and processing miscellaneous orders, including but not limited to:
- Sample Orders
- Door Sample Orders
- Hardware orders
- Other add-ons to existing or previous orders
- Support Account Managers by answering incoming calls
- Support Account Managers by assisting with Proposal Follow-ups, as requested
- Complete other scheduled contacts of current and past customers in form of phone calls, emails, and/or written cards or letters
- Prepare Shop Orders for sold jobs, in preparation for Production
