Workshop Coordinator

Responsibilities
Appointment Setting- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients from lead lists and databases
- Engage in professional and persuasive conversations to encourage appointments
- Clearly communicate the features, benefits and value proposition of our services to prospects
- Schedule appointments for the lead advisors based on availability and prospect preferences
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions, appointments scheduled, and follow-up activities in
- Follow established processes and procedures for various lead channels
- Continuously update knowledge about industry trends, competitors, offerings, and market
- Meet or exceed daily/weekly targets for appointment setting activity
- Prepare workshop folders with marketing materials and create name badges
- Set up and run workshops with efficiency, while creating a warm, friendly, professional
- Maintain consistent presence and communication with guests and staff
- Comfortably speak in front of groups of 20-30 to open the workshop and introduce the speaker
- Update CRM prospect profiles and complete paperwork accurately and timely
- Play a key role in workshops meeting or exceeding benchmarks for appointments set
- Adapt to changes that may arise with positivity, joy and flexibility
Must live in Nashville area.
Schedule is as follows:
Monday:8am-5pm, Tuesday 12pm-9pm, Wednesday 8am-5pm, Thursday 12-9pm, Friday 8am-5pm.
