Position will assist multiple areas of the company directly supporting the manufacturing team and president.

Core responsibilities will be centered around:

Develop inspection processes

Create balloon drawings

Create In-process and FAIR documentation

Assign inspection methods

Verify gages assigned to part inspection are
available for use

Obtain any that are not available

§
Maintain gage calibration program and processes

Calibrate gages in house
Schedule third party calibrations

Perform FAIR inspections

Help with In-Process inspections, when needed

CMM programming (and part inspection)
Maintain certifications

ISO 9001:2015

Audits

Internal and External

Management Review

QMS maintenance

§
Document Control

Maintain documentation for all processes

o
Maintain conformity to CMRT, REACH, PROP 65, RoHS and TSCA

Lead scrap reporting and reduction initiative
Monitor and report KPIs
Provide customers with RMAs (as needed)

Assign a team, perform and document Root Cause, Corrective and Preventive Action activities

Create Quality Alerts to document and internally

communicate issues

Hold team accountable to timelines and actions

Requirements: -Exposure to manufacturing/specifically machining, 1-3 years of related experience preferred.
