job summary: We are seeking a detail
- oriented and motivated Production Associate to join our team in Bristol, VA.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting and maintaining machinery used in the pultrusion process, ensuring product quality, and adhering to safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Monitor and maintain production processes for fiber-reinforced polymer composites.
- Inspect finished products for quality and compliance with specifications.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of machinery as needed.
- Experience in manufacturing or a similar environment preferred.
- Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong commitment to safety and quality standards.
salary: $15.5/hr
work hours: 11:00PM to 7:30AM
dress code:Shirts or t-shirts must have sleeves and be without any holes or rips. Pants without any holes or rips. No profane or suggestive texts and images. Closed toe and non slip footwear only.
