Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead project planning, from initial concept through project completion.
  • Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
  • Manage contract negotiations, procurement, and logistics.
  • Monitor on-site progress, quality control, and risk management.
  • Provide leadership to project teams, fostering a culture of safety, communication, and excellence.
  • Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience managing heavy civil projects, such as highways, bridges, or large-scale utility projects.
  • Proficiency in construction project management software (e.g., Trimble, Bid2Win, Insite, Procore, Primavera P6).
  • Strong understanding of construction methods, safety regulations, and quality standards.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

Preferred:

  • Professional Engineering (PE) license or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
  • Experience working on projects valued over $10 million.
