Accountant - Entry Level

This position requires proficiency in account coding, accounting software systems, and ERP solutions, among other skills.

Responsibilities:

• Handle accounts payable and receivable tasks with precision and efficiency
• Contribute to cross-training initiatives within the team
• Assist in other departments as required to ensure smooth operations
• Leverage accounting software systems and ERP solutions to streamline processes
• Maintain accuracy in accounting entries and account reconciliations
• Utilize Adobe Acrobat and Dynamics NAV for specific tasks
• Perform account analysis to identify any discrepancies and resolve them promptly
• Ensure regular attendance and punctuality to maintain workflow efficiency
• Participate in virtual and in-person interviews as part of team-building activities
• Use Microsoft Excel for various accounting functions. • Possession of skills in Account Coding and Accounting Software Systems is essential
• Proficiency in using Adobe Acrobat and Dynamics NAV is required
• Knowledge of ERP Solutions is necessary
• Ability to perform Account Analysis and Accounting Entries is mandated
• Familiarity with Accounting Functions and Account Reconciliation is expected
• Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) is highly preferred
• Entry-level understanding of the field of accounting
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field would be beneficial
• Good communication and organizational skills are desirable
• Strong analytical ability and attention to detail are required
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team is necessary
• Strong computer skills, especially Microsoft Excel, are expected
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines is important
• Capacity to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion is mandated.
