HR Generalist | Queens 5 days onsite | $65 - 75K

About Our Client

Our client is a global hospitality company that provides catering services to their clients. They're looking to bring on an HR Generalist to support their quickly growing HR function and business overall! This role will be on-site 5 days a week in Queens and has a base salary of $65 - $75K.

• Support the HR Manager in multiple areas: compliance, wage/benefit administration, and employee relations.
• Assist employee relations issues for both Union and Non-Union employees.
• Help with the onboarding process end to end.
• Manage HRIS data entry and maintenance.
• Familiarity with EEOC (Equal Employment Opportunity Commission), ADA, and employment laws.

• Must be bilingual in English and Spanish!
• Must be on-site 5 days a week in Queens.
• Experience working in a Union environment preferred.
• 2+ years of experience as an HR Generalist, experience in a manufacturing or hospitality environment is preferred.
• Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management, Business, or a related field preferred.
