Responsibilities
What you will be doing:
- Sales order lookup and tracking: Provide real-time updates to customers, Account Managers, and Inside Sales Reps including tracking information, and supporting/resolving order fulfillment issues.
Quoting support: Generate accurate and timely quotes for products and services with correct pricing and clear terms and conditions. Email the quote to the customer and follow up accordingly to obtain a Purchase Order (PO).
What you will have:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Highly desired - SAP, Salesforce and Quoting tools
- Able to work fully onsite
