Amazon is seeking a Creative Producer to support creative solutions for Amazon’s internal teams. As a Creative Producer you will work with both the Creative Strategy Team and in-house Creative Studio support creative brief development and execution.

You bring ideas to reality. You speak the language of the client, stakeholder and creatives. You are the connective tissue between planning, intake, development and execution. You are experienced in working with designers, producers, copywriters, strategists, and other creatives to deliver the right content, at the right time to the right audience.

You pay attention to detail, with a strong bias for action and the ability to balance multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines. With the right direction and information, you are comfortable working with internal and external stakeholders to deliver project deliverables.

Key job responsibilities

This role resides on the Creative Team within Workforce Staffing, Marketing. Core responsibilities include:

  • Prioritize and drive initiatives forward, by partnering with relevant stakeholders
  • Manage development and execution of integrated multi-channel campaigns
  • Provide visibility to all initiatives being worked on to the Creative Strategy Team and communicate any delays or roadblocks
  • Manage vendor relationships and collaboration with video/audio agencies for multimedia content production.
  • Facilitate the creative review to ensure final deliverables meet requirements outlined in creative briefs, align with overall marketing strategy, and adhere to brand, legal, and accessibility standards.

  • Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field- Experience in marketing or marketing research
  • A deep understanding of creative processes and production

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $72,600/year in our lowest geographic market up to $155,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
