We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Help Desk Analyst in Stratford, Connecticut. The role involves providing software and hardware support in the tech industry. You will be based in our dynamic workplace where you will play a crucial role in managing computer hardware, configuration management, and deployments.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide support for Microsoft and Active Directory systems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve printer hardware and printer problems.
  • Offer customer service support to clients facing technical issues.
  • Maintain and update system configurations to ensure optimal performance.
  • Handle software and hardware deployments effectively.
  • Ensure all customer inquiries are handled promptly and accurately.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and technical issues faced.
  • Collaborate with the team to improve overall customer service experience.

  • Participate in ongoing training to enhance technical skills. • Possess a minimum of 3 years of experience as a Help Desk Analyst or in a similar role.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Demonstrated experience with Active Directory, including user and group management.
  • Familiarity with Computer Hardware, including troubleshooting and configuration.
  • Experience in Configuration Management, including maintaining system security strategies, processes, and procedures.
  • Proven experience in software and hardware deployment within an organization.
  • Familiarity with Printer Hardware and ability to troubleshoot common Printer Problems.
  • Strong customer service skills, including the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical users.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Willingness to stay updated with the latest technological advancements and industry trends.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
