Human Resources (HR) Manager

We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Human Resources (HR) Manager in Azusa, California. The selected individual will be tasked with managing all aspects of Human Resources activities within a manufacturing setting. This role involves handling Benefits Administration, Employee Engagement, and other daily functions of the Human Resources department.
Responsibilities:- Oversee the recruitment, interview, hiring, and training of new staff within the department.
- Administer and manage all aspects of Benefits Administration and Employee Engagement.
- Partner with local operations leadership to understand and implement the organization’s human resource and talent strategy.
- Manage the talent acquisition process, including recruitment, interviewing, and hiring of job applicants with experience in non-exempt roles.
- Analyze trends in compensation and benefits, researching and proposing competitive base and incentive pay programs.
- Develop learning and development programs to provide internal development opportunities for employees.
- Handle employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations in accordance with company policy.
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Stay informed about trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.
- Carry out additional duties as assigned.
- Possess a minimum of 7 years of experience in a Human Resources role.
- Proficient in using financial services software, specifically I-Solve.
- Experience with Human Capital Management (HCM) software is a must.
- Understanding of Benefit Functions is crucial.
- Excellent communication skills are necessary, both written and verbal.
- Ability to ensure compliance with company and legal standards.
- Experience in handling employee relations is important.
- Familiarity with different hiring processes is required.
- Understanding of 401k - RRSP Administration is necessary.
- Knowledge of Workers Compensation Law is essential.
- Experience in handling Workers Compensation cases.
- Proficiency in HRIS - Human Resources Information Systems is required.
- Ability to perform HRIS Analysis.
- Experience in HRIS reporting is a must.
- Understanding of California Labor Law is crucial.
- Experience in Full Cycle Recruiting is needed.
- Knowledge of Evaluation - Termination procedures is essential.
- Proficiency in employee Onboarding processes is required.
