JOB DESCRIPTION

The Inside Sales Representative is an individual contributor accountable for achieving their individual revenue goal based on their assigned account list. This role is also responsible for the execution of the inside sales team strategies communicated by Inside Sales leader.

This role will report to the Inside Sales leader and will collaborate with the Lead Gen, CTMs and Account Advocates.

Responsibilities:

  • Qualifies, pursues, and closes opportunities for Commercial customers from the following sources:
  • Proactive outreach to high-potential accounts
  • Inbound requests from current Commercial Customers
  • SQLs from Inside Lead Gen
  • Develops strategy for list of customers, seeking to revitalize dormant relationships/accounts and uncover accounts with significant upside potential
  • Leverages overlay product specialists as needed to unlock expansion opportunities
  • Monitors customer market spend and relationship with Lennox, identifying high-potential accounts for promotion to District segment
  • Coordinates with Territory Manager to ensure smooth handoff of customers graduating from Inside to Field coverage

Qualifications:

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Minimum 2+ years of inside sales experience
  • Bachelors degree (Business or Sales/Marketing) or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Has basic user knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Experience with CRM tools
  • Experience with call automation tools
  • (Salesloft, Outreach, Groove, etc)
  • Experience with tools leveraged by Lennox team a plus
  • (C4C, Qlik, SAP, FPX, HubSpot, etc)
  • Some knowledge of principles and methods of showing, promoting and selling products or services. This includes marketing strategy and tactics, product demonstration, sales techniques and sales control systems
  • Knows some principles and processes for providing customer service
  • Advanced verbal and written communication skills
  • Advanced presentation skills
  • Strong abilities with building relationships, listening, persuading, negotiating and managing time.

COMPENSATION

This position includes a base salary, commission, and incentive plan. The target compensation range for this role is $70,000 to $85,000 (65% base salary plus 35% commission) at the plan and additional incentives with an uncapped commission structure.

Compensation is based on the candidate’s qualifications, experience, and education.
