Join AZAD as a Project Coordinator and

provide project support to Project Managers to track project milestones, maintain, track, review, update, and organize project records, respond to customer and stakeholder inquiries and requests for information, and provide accurate record keeping for a regional electric power utility.

This is a 2 years plus consultant position with high probability of long term and ongoing continued employment. This position is hybrid in Vancouver, WA with onsite 1 - 2 days weekly. The hourly pay rate range for this position (which includes a health and welfare fringe benefit of $4.57) is $36.11 - $38.00 depending on related qualifications and experience, as well as composition of selected compensation package.

The ideal candidate must possess the minimum qualifications:

A bachelor's degree in business administration, management, accounting, computer science, or organizational development (or closely related field) is preferred.
5 years of work experience is required with an applicable bachelor's degree.
7 years of work experience is required with an applicable associate degree.
9 years of program or project coordination experience is required without a degree or applicable degree.
Experience must be consistent with the specific requirements of project coordination and progressively more technical in nature.
Working knowledge of project management software such as MS Project, ProjectWise, or similar.
Experience must include knowledge of analysis and program and/or project management principles and methodologies.
Experience with project and change management approaches, tools, and phases of the project lifecycle.
Proficiency required with Microsoft Office, software MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
Intermediate proficiency in Visio (flowcharts).

Intermediate to advanced skills/experience with SharePoint or similar system, sufficient to support, manage, edit and maintain site.

Valid U.S. Driver's License is required.

Must be able to pass a federal criminal background and drug screening.
