Licensed Occupational Therapist - Patient Care Advocate

Job Summary:

• Deliver comprehensive occupational therapy services, focusing on empowering patients to regain independence and improve daily functioning. Work closely with healthcare teams to achieve shared patient recovery goals.

Responsibilities:

• Perform in-depth assessments and create customized therapy plans.
• Use advanced therapeutic modalities to address physical and cognitive challenges.
• Provide guidance to patients and families for at-home therapy continuation.
• Maintain compliance with licensure and healthcare regulations.

Qualifications:

• NYSED Occupational Therapist license required.
• Minimum of 1 year of hands-on occupational therapy experience.
• BLS certification preferred but not mandatory.
