Business Analyst

We are looking for a Business Analyst with expertise in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Azure DevOps. In this role, you will gather and analyze business requirements, work closely with development teams, and manage project workflows using Azure DevOps tools to ensure successful project delivery.

• Requirements Gathering:
• Work with business stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
• Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
• SDLC Management:
• Support all phases of the SDLC: planning, development, testing, and deployment.
• Ensure business requirements are met on time and within budget.
• Azure DevOps Management:
• Use Azure DevOps for project tracking, managing user stories, and setting up workflows.
• Manage work items (user stories, bugs, tasks) in Azure DevOps.
• Collaboration:
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, testers, product managers).
• Track project progress and facilitate communication among team members.
• Reporting & Documentation:
• Create and maintain reports and dashboards in Azure DevOps.
• Ensure comprehensive documentation of business requirements and processes.
• Testing & Quality Assurance:
• Help define testing and acceptance criteria for user stories.
• Work with QA teams to ensure that delivered solutions meet requirements.

Qualifications:

• Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Experience:
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Experience with SDLC methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps tools (Boards, Repos, Pipelines, etc.).
• Skills:
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in business analysis techniques (requirements gathering, process mapping).
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Business Analysis or Agile certifications (CBAP, Scrum Master, etc.).
• Experience with other DevOps tools (Jira, Git) is a plus.
• Familiarity with cloud technologies, particularly Azure.
