HR Generalist

You will also handle tasks related to the Asynchronous Transfer Mode (ATS) system and the various benefit functions, ensuring smooth operations in the workplace. This position offers a salary of $75,000-$90,000 annually plus a full benefits package.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the Asynchronous Transfer Mode (ATS) system
• Handle various benefit functions, ensuring they are well coordinated
• Foster and maintain good employee relations, addressing any issues that may arise
• Ensure compliance with various labor and employment regulations
• Manage and resolve Union Grievances effectively
• Handle Union Contracts, ensuring they are up to date and complied with
• Oversee the collection and management of Union Dues
• Prepare and present Union Reports as required
• Communicate effectively with various stakeholders, both internal and external.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role as HR Generalist
• Proficient in using ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode
• Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of Benefit Functions
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Expertise in ensuring Compliance in all HR practices
• Proven experience in handling Employee Relations
• Familiarity with FMLA regulations and practices
• Experience in managing Union Contracts
• Knowledge of Union Dues and their management
• Ability to handle Union Grievances effectively
• Experience in creating and maintaining Union Reports
